Here’s a bit of background, our goal is to help you eliminate the manual and time-consuming work behind managing multiple sources of customer feedback and user research. We don’t believe that a tool can make you more customer-driven or that algorithms can tell you what to build next, what we strongly we believe is that nobody should spend hours fiddling around with spreadsheets and siloed systems just to answers basic questions about their customers. We are building NomNom so you can spend more time doing the things that really matter, for example, talking to customers, understanding the jobs your users are trying to get done, incorporating that learning back into the product and sharing it with the team. It's the utmost important for any startup and business to talk with your customers and get as much feedback as possible! The more feedback you'll get the better product/service you will make 💪 Customers want to interact today via sources they feel most comfortable at. May it be Facebook, Twitter commenting in your blog post and so on. Therefore I'm sooooo... glad to see @HeyNomNom is there to help to bring better insights by consolidating different sources. Hi @sridhar_kondoji yes indeed. We have a Typeform integration and we are building many more, we also have a couple of NPS survey tools. And you can upload spreadsheets to NomNom very easily. What service do you use for surveys?

We've been looking for something like this for Webflow for awhile. It's been a big sore spot for us to try and collect user input, and have it linked back to the original feedback channel. Can't wait to try out the product! Do wish there was more explicit startup-friendly pricing however.
